Went to watch netball match today. Against Singapore Sports School. It's really really exciting ! 49 - 12. It's still a good game though girls. They are qualified for the semi-finals now and TOP 4. Hahahaha. Okay. I ran my 2.4km today. Sad to say, 12.25mins. It's good at least i improved. But i'm quite disappointing that my speed actually drops(!!!!!!) and i've got like no energy for sprinting at last. :(

Anyway, yesterday's training was fun! With Rachel and Vanessa. Hahaha! Rachel just keep laugh at me only lor. and she just can't stops it. -.- Okay, my leg
